By using this Web Site and purchasing a service from us you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

Delivery Times

Delivery times for web sites will vary. Once we have an agreement on your requirements and your deposit has been received we will give you a delivery time for the work being undertaken. Under normal circumstances we would expect delivery times for starter and small web sites to be no more than 7 days. If we believe there will be a delay in completing your web site, we will inform you.

Design

For Starter and Standard web sites we will create a custom header of the site and customise the colour scheme to your requirements, this is included in the price. We limit the text content of pages to appromimately 500 words unless otherwise agreed. We will include up to 5 of your own images per page unless otherwise agreed.

We will make changes, caused by our mistakes, such as incorrect spelling, free of charge

All our sites are tested to display correctly in current versions of browsers. These include Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari.

Payment

Full payment for Starter and Standard Web sites is required prior to the sites being made live. Payment for PPC campaigns is required prior to the campaign being run.

For custom web site projects we require a non-refundable deposit of 25%, to be paid prior to any work being undertaken.

Unless otherwise stated, all outstanding balances are to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services. We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of 2% per month.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Campaign Management

We make a 10% charge for managing PPC campaigns on your behalf. Payment for PPC campaigns is required prior to the campaign being run.

Customer Support

It is our aim to deliver a first-class service to our clients. If you are not entirely happy with the service we provide or have any complaint to make, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your complaint.

Copyright

You confirm that you are the author of or have permission to use any material supplied to us for inclusion in your web site. Any material that violates copyright law will be removed from your website.

Any other material/images that we supply for use on the web site will be licensed for use in your web site.

Quotations

All quotes given are valid for 30 days.

Service availability

We will do our utmost to ensure that your web site is available (online) and functions according to design, and that email services are available, but we cannot be responsible for factors beyond our control, such as problems with Internet connectivity, ISP faults, failure of the web host/email host, etc. However, should we become aware of any problems, we will inform you of the nature of the problem and when it will be resolved.

Miscellaneous

All services are provided in accordance with any and all relevant laws governing the UK in the first instance. Any use of our services which is against applicable law will be removed and your service terminated. Any use of our services which is deemed illegal, immoral, defamatory, etc may result in your service being terminated.

You agree to indemnify us against any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses incurred by us in connection with any breach by you or anyone acting on your behalf of any of the terms.

You are responsible for any email and web sites for which we give you access, and to use them in accordance with our terms and within the law. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, for example, you should take steps to remedy it or contact us.
